For babies up to 2 years old we have babybeds available.
For children, from the age of 2, and for adults, the request for an extra bed has to be mentioned when making the reservation. The extra bed is a foldable bed.
Be aware that in each room minimum 1 adult (min 18 years old) needs to overnight. Smaller children need to stay in their parent’s room. Do not forget to bring your ID card or passport with you.

In case of a schedule change or if you need to leave earlier, please inform the reception as quick as possible and before noon time (12:00). For an eventual refund of the remaining days, please contact your agency or tour operator if you have booked through them. If you have booked directly, please contact our reservation department.

When checking out, we kindly request you to leave all room and towels cards at reception.

Would you like to leave after 12:00? Please inform the reception about your request. According to the hotel availability you will be able to keep or not your room. In case of late check-out, a fee will be added to your account. Please contact the reception to find out your late check-out fee.

The resort has an indoor and outdoor parking area that can be used by our guests free of charge.

We do offer valet parking 24h/7d.

Alcoholic drinks are served and sold to adults only, which means from the age of 18.

* Some imported alcoholic drinks, imported and cellar wines, imported champagnes, deluxe beverages (8-12 year whiskey, cognac and luxury liquors, …) are not included in the Ultra All Inclusive Concept.

It is not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside the hotel.

The pools are open from 07:00 till 19:00. Children under the age of 16 have to be accompanied by at least one parent to use the pools.

The local currency is the Turkish Lira. The resort does accept USD, GBP and EURO.

In indoor areas, due to local laws, smoking is not allowed. In outdoor areas, some parts are allowed, some are not. All rooms are non-smoking. If you like to smoke, please use the balcony.

Pets are not allowed at our resort.

Each room has a safe box and is free of charge. Please leave all your valuable belongings in the safe box. The hotel can not be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft of personal items.

Our Pool Bar is open 24h/7d

Our main restaurant, Kefalonya, is open from 00:00 til 07:00 for a small night buffet.

WIFI is available in the room and in the public areas of the resort and is free of charge. If you have no laptop, tablet or android phone, there is an internet corner available.

Please check-out by latest 12:00 and leave your suitcases in the luggage room. You may benefit of the facilities of the hotel until your departure.

We do have dressing rooms and shower facilities in the spa centre.

The rooms are cleaned daily and the linens are changed every other day.

Unfortunately we do not offer this facility. We do have a laundry service where you can just request ironing. This service is at an extra charge.

In the rooms we have a water kettle, baby bath and potty upon request. In the restaurant we have a baby bottle sterilizer, micro wave, high chairs and fresh baby food (vegetable puree, fruit puree) available.

Free dinner a la carte only once pp. per accommodation of minimum 5 night, with reservation. Extra cost for less than 5 nights accommodation.

Unfortunately there is no ATM in the resort but there are a few of them located in Akyarlar. The shortest way is to walk from the beach to the village which will take approximately 15-20 minutes.

The local transport bus called dolmus passes by from the security gate. To Turgutreis it takes about 20 minutes and costs approximately 2 €. To Bodrum it takes about 45 minutes and costs about 2,5 €. We also have shuttle buses driving to Turgutreis and Bodrum (at an extra charge).
